Scammers are becoming more sophisticated with each passing month and are still scaring clients with threats of arrest over outstanding tax debts.
If you get a call claiming to be from the ATO, hang up. Go to the ATO website and call them back if you there is a genuine concern.
ATO and other organisations get 1000’s of calls due to scammer’s so be mindful before you call as this may waste your time and theirs.

Do not give access to your computer or business network the scammers will plant a virus and then try to hold you ransom.
