To receive a refund for a service, a written request must be submitted within 7 days from the date the service was performed.
Please note that TechBug is not responsible for faults directly related to your Internet Provider, including faulty services or modems. In such cases, we will charge for the technician’s time onsite to diagnose and advise you of the fault, as well as travel to the site.
Requesting a technician to attend implies acceptance of a minimum charge for 1 hour.
Pensioner and Disability Discounts
Techbug is a business only service we no longer offer residential services. Pensioner Discounts are not applicable for Professional Services.
